Submitting files
Please submit your files in accordance with our specifications to ensure the best possible result.
File formats
- PNG — the best format for submission, preferably with a transparent background
- PDF — vector file for the highest quality
- AI / EPS — Adobe Illustrator files (please note: these do not work in the online editor — export them first to PNG or PDF, or submit them via WeTransfer)
- JPEG — only if the resolution is sufficient (min. 300 dpi)
Resolution
Minimum resolution: 150 dpi at final size. Recommended: 300 dpi or higher. Our editor automatically checks the resolution and issues a warning if the quality is insufficient.
⚠️ Please note: We do not modify files. Responsibility for the files supplied lies entirely with the client. Unless a design service is selected. For design work, we charge a minimum fee of €6, which is billed at a rate of €6 per 10 minutes on a time-and-materials basis.
Colour mode
Please submit your files in RGB mode for the best colour conversion. CMYK files are also accepted.
Maintain a minimum line thickness of 0.5 mm (approximately 14 pt to 18 pt) to ensure sufficient adhesion and that the image remains visible on the fabric.
Maximum file size
Maximum 50 MB per file. For larger files, you can use WeTransfer or similar services and email the link to us via our contact form.
Cutting margin
Leave at least 2 mm of extra space around your design (known as the ‘bleed’). This ensures there is always sufficient margin when cutting, giving you a clean finish without any unprinted edges.
