Delivery times
If you place your order before 11.00 am, your order will be dispatched the very same day in 99% of cases!
Standard delivery time
Orders placed before 12:00 are dispatched the same day 99 per cent of the time. If you require urgent delivery, please let us know when placing your order. Orders are dispatched via DHL as standard; for a small additional charge, we can send your order by express delivery. Delivery to Belgium and France takes 1–3 working days. Of course, it is also possible to collect your order from us in Alkmaar.
Rush service
Are you in a rush? Please indicate this when placing your order and, in 99 per cent of cases, your order will be dispatched today. Direct communication and a streamlined production process make this possible.

Monday to Thursday: 08:00 – 17:00
Friday: 08:00 – 15:00 Weekends
& public holidays: Closed
Shipping
We dispatch via DHL. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Track & Trace code by email so that you can track your parcel.
Collection in Alkmaar
You can also collect your order free of charge from our premises in Alkmaar: Berenkoog 11, 1822 BH Alkmaar. Collections are available on weekdays from 09:00 to 17:00.
