Logistics
From order to delivery — this is how the logistics process works at Kobaal.
Ordering process
- Create an account via our website
- Upload your files to the online editor
- Select your size, quantity and delivery method
- Pay via iDEAL, credit card or on account (for regular customers)
- Your order will automatically go into production
Packaging
All orders are packaged neutrally — without any Kobaal branding. This allows you to offer the transfers to your customers as your own product. The packaging is protective and suitable for storage.
Track & Trace
Once your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive a Track & Trace code by email. You can track your parcel in real time via DHL.
Returns
Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we do not accept returns of correct orders. In the event of manufacturing faults or damage during transport, we will, of course, take responsibility. Please contact us within 48 hours via our contact form.
